On-Site Installation, Worldwide
Most workshops only fit self-playing systems in-house and ship the piano back to you. I work differently: I travel to your location and install the system on-site — so your own instrument never has to leave the room.
Anywhere in the world
Home, hotel, yacht or concert hall — anywhere in the world. I bring the tools and parts, fit the system, calibrate it to the room and hand it over ready to play.
Any piano
New or existing, upright or grand, any make. The acoustic instrument keeps its full manual playability — it simply gains a second life as a self-playing piano.
Why on-site matters
A self-playing system has to be matched to the individual piano and to the room it lives in. Fitting and voicing it on location means the touch, dynamics and volume are set for your space — not for a distant workshop.
Piano specialist, concert piano technician and builder — and a software developer too — I work across silent systems, digital pianos and self-playing pianos. With everything in one pair of hands, there's no need to coordinate several specialists: your instrument is fitted, tuned, calibrated and demonstrated in a single visit.
Systems I install
I install QRS PNOmation and Pianoforce systems, controlled from your phone or tablet, with a large library plus custom content on request. Would you like a different system? Let me know which one, and I'll do my best to help with that too.
Travel & scheduling
Travel and on-site work are arranged in advance to suit your location and schedule. When I leave, the piano works and sounds exactly as it should — and if you'd like, I'll give you a short demonstration. For timing and cost, see how it works.
